Country: Developing country under Commonwealth.

Scholarship Area: This scholarship cover only your approved tuition frees and examination fees. You have to bear your airfare yourself.  This scholarships is valid for one year.

1. Be a permanent citizen of Commonwealth Enlisted country.
2.  permanent resident of Commonwealth developing country.
