• Graduate in any discipline.knowledge of socio-economic structure of Bangladesh, human development, poverty reduction programs preferable.

• Experience of working in partnership with local, international NGOs and/or donors is preferred.

• Excellent networking skills.

• Strong communication skills and proficiency in computer applications;

• Report writing and oral presentation abilities.

• Fluency in both spoken and written English and Bangla.
